Warranty
All our new homes are offered with the 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty, protecting your home from workmanship defects, faulty systems, and 10 year structural coverage.
Plans & Design
As part of the building process, we provide you with a complete set of construction plans that we prepare using Chief Architect, a professional design and drafting software program. You can choose from our stock plans or bring us your own plan and with our years of experience in residential construction, we can offer design suggestions to assist you in incorporating your personal needs into the design.

Land & Financing
As a turnkey builder of new homes, you do not need to acquire land or construction financing. You do however, need to obtain financing for the purchase of the home upon completion.
